ANNA D’AVOLIO      ASSOCIATE     

     Anna D’Avolio brings to the firm more than five years of experience representing institutional lenders in foreclosures and evictions.  She has managed an active and heavy caseload of default portfolios for nationwide lenders and has extensive experience in resolution of title issues and REO matters.

    Following law school, Anna served as a Judicial Clerk for the presiding family law judge of Pima County Superior Court.  During law school, Anna worked as a research assistant for the 2003 edition of the “Megan’s Law” Sourcebook.
