SANJIT S. KORDE     MANAGING PARTNER    

            Sanjit S. Korde is the Managing Partner of Korde & Associates.  Sanjit specializes in the representation of institutional lenders and has extensive experience in foreclosures, secured and unsecured collections, security party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum, debt restructure/modifications, resolution of title issues, evictions, and REO sales.  He also has a strong general civil litigation practice.

          Sanjit is a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts Local Rules Committee. As part of his duties on the Local Rules Committee, he assisted in the drafting of the proposed new Local Rules necessitated by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.  Attorney Korde has served on American Bankruptcy Institute and Boston Bar Associations panels charged with discussing creditors’ rights in the bankruptcy and foreclosure forum.

            Sanjit was an associate with Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar between 1998 and 2001 in the commercial litigation department prior to joining Korde & Associates in 2002. He also served as Assistant District Attorney, Norfolk County, MA during 2001.
