
JOHN S. McNICHOLAS ASSOCIATE
Attorney McNicholas is a senior associate with over twenty years of experience in representing institutional lenders in the areas of residential mortgage foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy, and in general civil litigation related to these practice areas, including defense of predatory lending and Truth-in-Lending cases.
John also has vast experience in real estate closing practice and resolution of complex title issues. He has represented Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation in foreclosure and disposition of real estate owned, including bulk auctions.
