JULIE A. RANIERI     ASSOCIATE

            Julie has been an associate with Korde & Associates since 2003, and specializes in secured party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum.  Attorney Ranieri also has extensive experience representing institutional lenders in residential foreclosures, evictions, and general civil litigation matters.       

            Attorney Ranieri co-authored the update of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) manual, “Moving for Relief from the Automatic Stay in Bankruptcy”, with the revisions to the United States Bankruptcy Code and current bankruptcy practice created under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.  She also has been a contributing lecturer for the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association discussing creditors’ rights in the bankruptcy forum.
