
LAWSON WILLIAMS ASSOCIATE
Lawson is an associate concentrating in the representation of institutional lenders in residential foreclosures, secured party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum, evictions, resolution of priority liens and title issues, REO sales and consumer litigation. He has extensive experience in a wide range of general practice areas including bankruptcy, real estate, eviction, civil litigation, lending practices, MGL. C. 93A, and administrative law.
Attorney Williams has successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, pro hac vice before the United States Court of Rhode Island and has tried and won cases in the District, Housing, and Superior Courts in counties throughout Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
