TIMOTHY G. WOODWARD     ASSOCIATE    

            Timothy Woodward concentrates in the representation of institutional lenders with regard to REO property closings and title resolution matters.  Tim has broad experience in all aspects of title, land use, title insurance and real estate matters including representation of buyers, sellers, institutional lenders and developers.  Attorney Woodward spent over twenty years in private practice and most recently served as Vice President/Underwriting Counsel and as a Director of Title Operations in the title insurance industry.
