          Susan W. Cody joined Korde & Associates in February 2007 as Managing Attorney.  Susan has extensive knowledge and over twenty years experience in the representation of institutional lenders in foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, REO, and consumer litigation.

            Prior to joining Korde & Associates, Susan served as Managing Attorney for Shapiro & Kreisman in Massachusetts for more than ten years.   Susan is a designated HUD foreclosure commissioner for single family and multifamily properties, including commercial properties.
