The Law Firm of Korde & Associates, P.C. was established in 1989 by Margaret Korde (1942 - 2002), and is now owned and managed by Sanjit S. Korde.

Korde & Associates specializes in the representation of institutional lenders in foreclosures, secured and unsecured collections, secured party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum, debt restructure/modifications, resolution of title issues, evictions, REO sales and residential and commercial real estate closings.

Korde & Associates utilizes Perfect Practice Case Management technology that allows interfacing with Lenstar, LINCS, NewInvoice, other 3rd party interfaces as well as E-Billing Interfaces including Countrywide, IClear, DoubleTime and others. This centralized database allows for immediate access to vital information specific to each client and matter of the firm. In addition, Perfect Practice allows sophisticated document merging as well as Management, Status and Exception reports that provide instant focus on out-of-tolerance files, and activity tracking with automatic follow-ups.

The firm's networked computer system has Internet access and supports direct electronic transfers via LenStar and NewTrak software programs, as well as on-line connections to Registries of Deeds, State Courts and Bankruptcy Court databases. Our system supports electronic file transfers which enables Korde & Associates to send and receive documents between our clients' and Korde's computer systems.

Our office is located at 321 Billerica Road, Suite 210, Chelmsford, Massachusetts. We are centrally located with easy access to Boston and other metropolitan areas in Massachusetts.
