VALERIE J. MORRIS     HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR / OFFICE MANAGER    

 

Valerie’s diverse background brings over 30 years of experience ranging from office administration to operations manager.  She is responsible for all human resource functions including recruitment of personnel, employee benefits, employee relations, payroll, office support, vendor contracts, as well as employee recognition and training programs.   

Valerie has developed excellent negotiating skills working as a mediator for Ayer, Concord and Lowell District Courts through the Middlesex Law Center which works in conjunction with the Attorney General's Office. She also was employed at Malden High School as a mediator resolving disputes between students and training students to be peer mediators.
