Sanjit S. Korde

Sanjit S. Korde is the owner of Korde & Associates, P.C. Mr. Korde specializes in the representation of institutional lenders and has extensive experience in foreclosures, secured and unsecured collections, secured party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum, debt restructure/modifications, resolution of title issues, evictions, and REO sales. Mr. Korde also has a strong general civil litigation practice.

Mr. Korde is a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts Local Rules Committee. As part of his duties on the Local Rules Committee, Mr. Korde assisted in the drafting of the proposed new Local Rules necessitated by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Mr. Korde has served on American Bankruptcy Institute and Boston Bar Associations panels charged with discussing creditors' rights in the bankruptcy and foreclosure forum.

Mr. Korde was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1997 and served as a judicial clerk for the Massachusetts Superior Court from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Korde was an associate with Hutchins, Wheeler and Dittmar between 1998 and 2001 in the commercial litigation department.

Mr. Korde is a graduate of Swarthmore College (B.A. 1990) and Northeastern School of Law (J.D. 1997).

Victor Manougian

Victor Manougian is an associate with Korde & Associates, P.C. Mr. Manougian specializes in the representation of institutional lenders and has extensive experience in residential foreclosures, secured party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum, debt restructure/modifications, resolution of title issues, resolution of priority liens by condominium associations, evictions, and REO sales.

Mr. Manougian was an associate with Harmon Law Offices, P.C., in Newton, MA from 2001-2004 and managed the post foreclosure eviction department for Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. In addition Mr. Manougian handled foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation matters in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Mr. Manougian was an Associate with Perkins and Associates, P.C., in Chelmsford, MA from 1997-2001 and represented over 300 condominium associations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mr. Manougian specialized in collections, foreclosures, litigation and bankruptcy matters on behalf of the condominium associations.=

Mr. Manougian was an Associate with the law office of James M. Harrington in Chelmsford, MA from 1991-1997. Mr. Manougian was assistant Town Counsel for the Town of Chelmsford and drafted town warrant articles and eminent domain takings for the town and represented various board within the town in litigation matters.

Mr. Manougian is a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court, Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mr. Manougian was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1985 and admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire in 1991.

Mr. Manougian is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University (B.S. 1982) and New England School of Law (J.D. 1985).

Julie A. Ranieri

Julie A. Ranieri has been an associate with Korde & Associates, P.C. since 2003. Ms. Ranieri specializes in the representation of institutional lenders and has extensive experience in residential foreclosures, secured party representation and protection in the bankruptcy forum, resolution of title issues, and evictions.

Ms. Ranieri co-authored the update of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) manual, "Moving for Relief from the Automatic Stay in Bankruptcy," with the latest revisions in the United States Bankruptcy Code and current bankruptcy practice created under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.

Prior to joining Korde & Associates, Ms. Ranieri served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts.

Ms. Ranieri is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, New York State, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Ms. Ranieri is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1997) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2002, cum laude). Ms. Ranieri was a Staff Member of the Suffolk University Law Review and published two case comments.

Adam B. Finkel

Adam B. Finkel joined Korde & Associates in the fall of 2006. Mr. Finkel concentrates in the representation of institutional lenders in all Bankruptcy matters, including evictions.

Prior to joining Korde & Associates, Mr. Finkel worked as a summer associate for the Hale & Dorr Legal Service Center, where he represented indigent clients fighting eviction. Mr. Finkel then went on to become a law clerk for the esteemed Carmen L. Durso, where he took part in all facets of civil litigation.

Mr. Finkel is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Finkel is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A. 2003) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2006).

 

Sue Cody

Susan W. Cody joined Korde & Associates, PC in February 2007. Ms. Cody concentrates in the representation of institutional lenders in foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, REO, and consumer litigation.

Prior to joining Korde & Associates, Ms. Cody served as the Managing Attorney for Shapiro & Kreisman. She has also served as a Foreclosure Commissioner for HUD.

Ms. Cody is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, U.S. District Court of Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire.

Ms. Cody is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (BA 1983) and Suffolk University of Law (JD 1988)
